Archangel Foundation’s board comprises a diverse cross-section of leaders with expertise in STEM education, nonprofit management, law, business development, and finance, all aligned with our mission to advance youth education, public health, and environmental sustainability. Their collective experience spans key sectors such as life sciences, strategic innovation, and complex problem-solving, providing a comprehensive approach to driving educational and scientific progress. Their strong backgrounds in governance, outreach, and financial management, our board is well-equipped to lead impactful initiatives and support the long-term success.
Ty Gabriel is an experienced Investment Strategy leader and Chief Business Officer with a strong track record of managing complex, mission-critical initiatives. A retired naval officer, he brings over 20 years of leadership in intelligence, cybersecurity, and geopolitical analysis, with extensive experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders. Currently, he operates Stemtrree, a K-12 STEM education center in Coral Gables, FL, is head of operations for a biotech company, and advises on life sciences investing to a Miami based family office, leveraging his MBA and graduate degree in Biotechnology.
With over two decades of leadership in the nonprofit sector, Rebekah Lengel is committed to driving strategic innovation, impactful change management, and organizational excellence. Her experience as a playwright and journalist further enhances her ability to leverage storytelling to foster understanding, inspire change, and spark meaningful dialogue on critical global issues.
A veteran Senior Human Resources Executive, Yvette Encarnacion brings extensive experience in global HR management, talent development, diversity management, and organizational development to the board. With a proven track record of aligning business strategies with people initiatives, she has worked closely with C-level executives and boards to attract, engage, and develop top talent. As an adjunct instructor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, she has taught courses on leadership development, communication, and diversity management.
Tara Faenza is a dynamic trial attorney with a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Certificate in Employment, Labor, and Immigration. She has extensive experience as an Assistant State Attorney, handling civil litigation in areas such as insurance defense, labor/employment, and commercial disputes. Tara specializes in defending businesses against premises liability, negligence, and employment matters at the administrative level, including EEOC, FCHR, and NLRB cases.
With over 20 years of experience in sales management, business development, and operations, Kyle Ean Haggarty is a recognized expert in marketing, proprietary education, and event production. He has advised national and international clients on business development, PR, and branding strategies, with a focus on the legal, government, nonprofit, and finance sectors. Kyle currently serves as Managing Director for BNI Broward County, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and strategic partnerships.
As Vice President and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Evan Moretti works with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, entrepreneurs, wealthy families, foundations, and family offices. He provides trusted financial advice to help manage complex balance sheets and navigate the intricacies of wealth management. Evan is dedicated to alleviating the stress of financial decision-making, allowing his clients to focus on their personal and professional goals.
